Ohio Signatures Unlimited is a family owned and operated memorabilia
distributor/wholesale company located in central Ohio that specializes in Ohio
State University and Cleveland Browns collectibles, gifts, and autographed
memorabilia.
Ohio Signatures Unlimited first conducted business in Bowling Green Ohio in
June 1993 with our first Card Show signing with Scott Taylor. Many of you
first met us at Browns Backers events throughout the state. Throughout the
decade we held signings with Red Sox, Browns, Tigers and Indians. As the
Baseball Card Market evolved and the Browns left town, we decided it was deal
with slow down or shut down in 1997.
As the millennium grew near, we relocated to Columbus and the Cleveland Browns
were resurrected. Interest in sports collectibles rebounded and we began
assisting others in booking and working signings again in 1999. In January 2001,
we reformed our wholesale business and began operating again as Ohio
Signatures Unlimited. We found ourselves working with the new Browns, some of
the old Browns, Buckeyes, and Clippers.
We conducted retail sales on half.com from January 2001 until August 2003.
When selecting a shipping company, we went with what we knew, United Parcel
Service (UPS) as we all worked for them in college. We were inspired by
their website, www.theUPSstore.com and in June 2002 we registered our internet
domain name www.theOSUstore.com.
For over two years, we used our space on the world wide web to update our
mailing list, by hosting both images for items available for sale to our email
list as well as hosting images for our sales on half.com. We also used
this space to list links for our favorite websites as well as listing our future
events and the shows we would be appearing at for the general public.
In January 2003, Ohio State won the National Championship. We expanded
our horizons by adding Blue Jackets and Crew memorabilia to our product lines,
but our customers couldn't get enough of the Buckeyes and they quickly became
the primary focus of our business.
In September 2003, we transferred our internet sales from half.com to
ebay.com with the grand opening of our ebay store. In December 2004, we
relaunched www.theOSUstore.com as a
fully operational website to automatically take and process orders.
Since then we have continued to put on both public and private shows and
expand our website. While Ohio State memorabilia became the focal point of
our business, we have also branched out into IRL racing with recent signing with
Sam Hornish Jr & Danica Patrick.

Refunds & Merchandise Credit:

Refunds for lost or damaged items will be issued via the same
method used to make payment.

Merchandise credit will be issued for any
order/item for a customer return.

Shipping Refunds will be issued with/in 48 hours
of any claim approval.

Return Shipping:

If you are returning an order for any
reason, the customer is responsible for return shipment.

If an item was damaged during the
shipment, we will reimburse the customer your additional
shipping charges when a replacement is sent out.

Damaged Deliveries:

All packages are insured at the time of
shipment.

In the event that your package was
damaged during shipping, we ask that you contact us
within 48 hours of delivery.

If you believe you package has been lost
in transit, we ask that you use the tracking numbers to
trace any package at
www.ups.com.

As each claim is unique, estimated time
for claim resolution is 3 to 10 business days.

Ohio Signatures Unlimited will ship a
replacement shipment upon approval of any UPS claim. In the event that a replacement item(s)
are not immediately available, the customer has the
option of merchandise credit or a full refund.
